You can now avail of a range of home renovation grants and incentives to upgrade your home, making it warmer and more energy efficient and therefore reducing your energy bills.
With Government grants increased in March 2015 now is the time to start planning your upgrade. Upgrading your home will reduce your heating bills, enhance the comfort of your home, improve your homes Building Energy Rating (BER) and increase the overall value of your home.

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) offer a wide range of grants that homeowners can now apply for. The Customer Care team at Ramor Renewables will guide you through all available schemes.
HEAT PUMP GRANT
Ramor Renewables are qualified to install and service Air to Water and Exhaust Air to Water Heat pumps. Grants are now available for the installation of these pumps.

FIND OUT MOREBuilding Energy Rating (BER)
A BER Certificate is an indication of the energy performance of your home. It must be carried out by a registered BER assessor. As part of the Home Energy Grants programme, homeowners must carry out and publish a Building Energy Rating (BER) assessment. A grant is now available that goes towards the cost of a BER assessment. The grant value is €50.
